These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Flowin service (“Service”), owned and operated by Sıtkı Can Timağur ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Flowin at https://tryflowin.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our Service.

1. Service Overview

Flowin helps users organize LinkedIn messages using split inboxes, create custom contact lists, and engage with selected posts more efficiently.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Flowin. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

When you register for Flowin, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

4. Free Trial and Subscriptions

Flowin offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.

Payments are securely processed via Iyzico. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our product
• Abuse, harass, or harm others through the platform

We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action against violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology used in Flowin are the intellectual property of Sıtkı Can Timağur and Salih Doruk Şahin. You may not reproduce or reuse any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
